Entrepreneurs with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) have great ideas and ambition, but due to stigmas and other societal barriers, they often lack access to resources, business skills, and tactical support to bring their initiatives to life. Inclusion Powers Entrepreneurship (otherwise known as “IPE”) aims to empower the ideas and talents of entrepreneurs with ASD by providing business consultation around building and scaling sustainable businesses. Through this partnership, we are working to change the narrative around the abilities of individuals with ASD, and explore entrepreneurship as a source for viable employment for people with ASD. In partnership with Ready, Willing & Able, IPE is a program which aims to assist entrepreneurs with autism in starting their own businesses. Our volunteers act as consultants and mentors by providing guidance on creating viable business plans and strategies for the entrepreneurs.
